Set up Dropbox integration
Create folder structure
Add editors
Prepare for task creation
3. Setting Up Dropbox Integration
Select Dropbox and integrate your account
Create necessary folders:
Folder 1: 01 Raw Photos (for unedited photos)
Folder 2: 02 Raw Video (for unedited videos)
Folder 3: 03 Other Media (for additional media)
Folder 4: 04 Final Photos (for completed photos)
Folder 5: 05 Final Video (for completed videos)
Save changes to ensure folder structure is created for each job
4. Adding Editors
Navigate to Team > Editors
Add a photo editor:
Input first name, last name, and email address
Save the editor's information
Options for controlling editor access to the property website
Add additional editors as needed (video editors, etc.)
Recommendation: Add Virtual Assistant (VA) as an admin for broader access
