Tasks and Workflows are your engine that can run automatically after the shoot. Spiro can create and track all tasks and workflows for you!

In this fast track series we will setup all needed items for your photo editing and quality check and email delivery to your client!

Please watch the videos in order and follow along with this setup in your system!

Fast Track Setup for Tasks and Workflows in Spiro

1. Introduction

  • Presenter: Todd from Spiro

  • Purpose: Quick setup guide for tasks and workflows in Spiro

  • Note: Focus on practical setup rather than in-depth explanations

2. Overview of Workflow

  • Objective: Automate the process of managing photos and videos

  • Key Steps:

    • Set up Dropbox integration

    • Create folder structure

    • Add editors

    • Prepare for task creation

3. Setting Up Dropbox Integration

  • Select Dropbox and integrate your account

  • Create necessary folders:

    • Folder 1: 01 Raw Photos (for unedited photos)

    • Folder 2: 02 Raw Video (for unedited videos)

    • Folder 3: 03 Other Media (for additional media)

    • Folder 4: 04 Final Photos (for completed photos)

    • Folder 5: 05 Final Video (for completed videos)

  • Save changes to ensure folder structure is created for each job

4. Adding Editors

  • Navigate to Team > Editors

  • Add a photo editor:

    • Input first name, last name, and email address

  • Save the editor's information

  • Options for controlling editor access to the property website

  • Add additional editors as needed (video editors, etc.)

  • Recommendation: Add Virtual Assistant (VA) as an admin for broader access
