NOTE: Spiro does not store credit card information directly.
All saved payment methods are stored securely within the customer’s Stripe, Square, or Titus account, depending on which payment gateway the company uses.
Most of the steps in this guide apply to both Stripe and Square.
However:
Stripe users will see the Link interface and can save cards during checkout or inside the Payment Methods tab.
Square users will not see the “Payment Methods” tab initially in the Agent Portal.
That tab appears only after the agent has placed their first order, because Square requires an active payment token before allowing storage.
STRIPE
Our checkout process is designed to be simple and secure. For your convenience, you can save a payment method to your profile, allowing for faster payments in the future.
This feature is powered by Link, a secure payment service from Stripe. If you already have a Link account,
If you have not save Credit Card information in Link you can easily do this 2 different ways:
When submitting payment for an order
During the ordering process, pay before download or paying an invoice you will enter in credit card information to make a payment.
At the bottom of the Stripe payment window you will see an option to save your credit card information.
Enter in your email and phone number to save your credit card information
Save Credit Card info on your Profile
How to pay with Link
The next time you return to this payment screen to use the saved credit card information click "Secure, fast checkout with Link"

Note - pending your browser settings you may not have to authenticate with an email address when paying after you have saved your credit card info. Most browsers will remember this login
SQUARE
Agents using Square do not see the “Payment Methods” tab until after they have placed at least one order.
Once an agent has completed their first payment with Square:
Go to Your Profile in the Agent Portal.
Click Settings.
Select Manage Payment Methods.
Add or update your saved credit card.
All cards saved here are stored securely inside Square, not inside Spiro.
If the “Payment Methods” tab is missing, confirm:
✔ The agent has placed at least one order
✔ The Spiro customer has a Square gateway configured under Billing → Payment Gateways
From the admin portal, you can manage payment methods by going to the agents profile and Manage Payment Methods.
