Raise AOV, Get Paid Faster, and Work Smoother

Get ready for a major evolution in how you run your business and market your services! 🎉 We've been hard at work and are so excited to roll out a series of powerful new features launching September 23rd.

💸 New! Titus: A New Way to Get Paid

Titus is our brand-new, fully integrated payment solution designed to give you and your agents more flexibility.

  • Pay At Close: Offer agents the ability to defer media payments until the property closes, while you still get paid immediately.

  • Pay Now: Replace Stripe and Square with a powerful, built-in option.

  • Save Money: Early adopters get an introductory credit card processing rate of just 2.6% for at least one year.

  • Faster Payouts: Get your money quicker with our streamlined system.

Titus is launching in beta and will roll out to all US clients by Oct 15th. The first 20 clients in the beta program have been notified. Then we will go forward with the waiting list and onboard the next 20-50 until we get the full waitlist onboarded. We anticipate this rollout to help streamline the rollout of the integration.

📱 PWE Mobile Optimization

We have completely redesigned the Property Website Editor for mobile. The new layout is smart, logical, and effortless. The most-used functions are now at the top, allowing you to make your edits and get back on the road in record time.

🔗 Dropbox Improvements

Troubleshoot with ease! You will now see specific warnings and error codes directly within the Spiro PWE if an image fails to import from Dropbox, telling you the exact reason for the failure so you can fix it fast.

⚡️ Smarter Order Page Refresh

The constant page refreshing on the Order Page is a thing of the past. The page will no longer reload unnecessarily, providing a more stable and uninterrupted experience for you and your clients.

💬 Smarter Slack Notifications

Our Slack notifications just got smarter. We’ve added clickable links directly in the notifications that will take you straight to the order or photographer portal, allowing you to quickly view relevant data without searching.

✨ Zephyr Property Website Upgrades

We've made a large list of updates to the Zephyr template for both mobile and desktop, implementing the most-requested features to make the page more streamlined, finessed, and professional.

🗺️ Smarter "Need Help" Location

Clicking "Need Help" on the order page will now default the map to your current location for faster assistance.

🔗 "New Client" Webhook

A new webhook now fires the moment a new client signs up. Use this to trigger reminders for yourself to make a welcome call, set expectations, or integrate with other services to send automated messages.

📧 Email Template Variables

You can now add the photographer's name to any email, so clients know who is coming to the property. We've also added a variable for the agent's referral code/link to make promoting your referral program a breeze.

📸 Branded Order Page SMS Sharing

When you send your shopping cart link to a client via text message, your logo will now be included in the link preview, keeping your brand professional and front-and-center.

🛠️ Improved Service Setup

The system will now detect and alert you to missing onsite duration ranges or pricing variation gaps during service setup, preventing future errors and saving you time.
