Overview Congratulations! You have built, customized, and tested your entire Spiro system. The final step is to "open the doors" by publishing your booking link. This allows your agents to create accounts and place real orders.
Step 1: Find Your Booking Link π
Depending on whether you set up a custom domain in Module 9, there are two ways to find your link.
Scenario A: I did NOT White Label (Standard Setup)
Navigate to Shopping Cart > Order Pages.
Look for the order page marked with the Default Icon in the grid.
Click the Eyeball Icon to open the page in a new tab.
Copy the URL from your browserβs address bar. This is your public booking link.
Scenario B: I DID White Label (Custom Domain)
Navigate to Settings > My Company.
Click Custom Domains.
Locate the Agent Portal link (e.g.,
portal.yourcompany.com).Note: Ensure the status shows green checkmarks, indicating it is verified.
Copy this URL.
Step 2: Update Your Company Website π
Now that you have your specific URL, you need to make it visible to the world.
Go to your main business website (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.).
Create a prominent button in the header menu called "Book Now" or "Sign In".
Link that button to the URL you copied in Step 1.
Example: When clients click "Book Now" on wowvideotours.com, it automatically opens the Spiro Portal in a new tab for them to order.
Step 3: Get Support & Community π€
You are part of the family now! If you get stuck:
Pink Chat Bubble: Located in the bottom right corner of your dashboard for direct support.
Knowledge Base: Click the ? icon in the top right for guides.
Community: Join the Spiro Superuser Facebook Group to network with other business owners and share tips.
Congratulations on your launch! Your Spiro system is now open for business. Good luck!
