Once you get back to your computer we suggest you organize your clips and upload them to Dropbox for import into Spiro.
Import your clips to a local folder
Rearrange them to be in order (You can rearrange in Spiro however Aplha testers this process is being optimized)
We suggest you use Adobe Bridge to rearrange your clips
Renumber your clips from 001 - the last clip
This is easy to do in Adobe Bridge - use a 3 digit sequence number
Upload your clips to a Dropbox Folder
Alpha Testers you will be able to upload directly to Spiro in the future however this process is still in development
1. Click on Start A Project
2. Set the Title that will be created on Screen
For Line 1 we suggest the house numbers
3. Set Line 2 Title
We suggest the Street Name
4. Import Your Clips - Alpha Testers use Dropbox import
Local File Upload is still under Development
5. Browse Dropbox with the pop up File Browser and Select your Files
Alpha Testers - We find that this Dropbox file picker can be slow, it is currently being examined to optimize the file browsing experience.
Note: Once you select your files in the pop up window the screen is slow to respond, the system is working in the background please wait for the screen to disappear and you will be taken back into Spiro
6. Wait for Images Generation to Complete
Alpha Testers - this images generation can take 5-15 minutes. We are working on optimizing this experience
7. Upload your Music or Select Spiro Music
8. Once all Thumbnails are Generated Click Start Test Merge
Test Merge will merge the clips and watermark the video - there is no charge for a test merge
Start Merge Will merge the clips the final output will not have a watermark - there is a $15 charge for this process
Save Project - will save the project without running a merge
9. Once you have Submitted a Merge you will see Confirmation on the Screen
10. On the Project Page you can see the Status of your Merge
11. Download After Complete
Once your Merge is complete you can download your final video!
Feel free to make adjustments to your clips/music and remerge
The clips you have uploaded will be stored only for a small amount of time. If a project has not activity the files will expire 3 days after. You can view the expiration date (the date we delete the RAW files) on the project page in the upper right corner. If project files expire you can always upload them back into the system to work on the project again.
