How to access Marketing Kits
Navigate to Listings in your Agent Portal
Select the listing you want to work with
Click Open Marketing Toolkit
Once opened, you’ll see a selection of available templates (flyers, social media, and more).
How to edit a template
Select any template to open the editor. From here, you can click directly on different parts of the design to make changes.
Edit photos
Click on an image in the template
Select a replacement from the Listing Photos panel
Photos used in Marketing Kits come from your listing’s photo gallery. In most cases, these are the images uploaded by your photographer.
Edit text
Click on a text box
Double-click to begin editing
Type or adjust as needed
Text is typically pulled from your listing details. Changes made here only apply to the current flyer.
Agent branding
You can add branding elements such as logos from the Agent Branding section.
Branding items come from your profile settings
Items added here remain available across your listings
Currently, items cannot be removed once added
Background and elements
You can customize the look of your flyer using:
Background → choose from preset styles or solid colors
Elements → add shapes, icons, and design accents
To use:
Click an option to add it to your flyer
Drag to reposition
Use the delete key or trash icon to remove

Resize your design
The Resize option allows you to change the format of your design for different uses (such as social media).
Default templates are typically formatted for print (for example, flyers)
Selecting options like Instagram or Facebook adjusts the layout to fit that format
Your content will adapt to the new size, which may change how it appears
How changes behave
Edits apply only to the current template
Edits apply only to the selected listing
Changes do not carry over to other templates
Changes do not carry over to other listings
If you switch templates or listings, you’ll start with a fresh version.
Save, download, or share
Once your design is ready:
Click Save Changes to keep your edits
Click Download to export your file
Click Share to distribute your design
Notes
Marketing Kits use pre-designed templates. You can customize content, but the overall layout is fixed
Photos are typically pulled from your listing gallery
Recently used templates may appear at the top of your template list
This is based on recent activity, not saved favorites
Previewing templates may cause them to appear here
Troubleshooting
If something isn’t working as expected:
Refresh the page
Check your internet connection
Try reopening the template
If the issue continues, reach out via the chat (pink bubble) for assistance
