The Cycle 16 release is here! This update introduces new ways to collaborate with your team, greater control over scheduling, and several improvements designed to create a cleaner, more reliable experience for you and your clients.

Before we break down everything that's new, Todd has a quick overview of the Cycle 16 release and what these updates mean for your business.

You can now tag teammates directly inside Spiro's internal notes using @mentions.

Mentioned users will receive a notification and can jump straight to the related order, making it easier to ask questions, share updates, and keep work moving without leaving the platform.

We're beginning the first phase of the Spiro API beta program and will be selecting an initial group of participants.

These early testers will help shape the future of API access and integrations across the platform as we explore new ways for Spiro to connect with the tools our customers use every day.

Selected beta participants will be notified no later than June 26.

New scheduling options give you greater control over how appointment availability appears to clients.

You can now influence how availability is displayed on days without existing bookings and adjust appointment intervals to better align visible booking times with your scheduling strategy and operational workflow.

Cleaner Delivery Pages: When website delivery has been disabled, website links will now automatically be hidden from the delivery page. This creates a cleaner client experience and helps prevent confusion.

More Reliable Dropbox Updates: We've added new monitoring and recovery safeguards that can identify and recover from missed Dropbox change notifications, helping media updates continue flowing reliably.

Continued Platform Improvements: Behind the scenes, we've continued investing in platform stability, monitoring, and operational tools to improve reliability and support future feature development.
