WHAT'S NEW IN SPIRO

@Mentions for photographers are now live!

You can now tag photographers directly inside a job using @mentions.

That gives you a much cleaner way to keep communication tied to the work itself. You can use it for quick reminders, missing uploads, shoot-specific questions, or feedback after delivery.

Photographers will receive a notification inside the photographer portal and can jump directly back to the job and conversation. They can also @mention someone on your team when they reply.

It keeps those conversations out of scattered texts and emails and puts the context right where everyone needs it.

New fall designs are live in Marketing Kits

Fresh fall-themed designs are now available inside Marketing Kits, giving your real estate agent clients more seasonal content they can use in their own marketing.

That includes new reels, social posts, and other fall-themed designs they can customize and share.

It also gives you another reason to reach out to your agents and remind them about the marketing tools you already provide through Spiro. Show your agents the seasonal content you're making available to them and use it as another way to highlight the value you provide beyond the shoot itself!

A BUSINESS TIP FROM TODD

BUILD RELATIONSHIPS BEFORE THINGS PICK BACK UP

For us at WOW, August has historically been a little slower. Families are getting back into school routines, and that can naturally take some attention away from buying and selling.

But that slowdown can create an opportunity.

Your agents may have a little more room in their schedules right now, which makes this a great time to check in with your VIP clients, ask how the year is going, and find out how you can better support them.

It's also a good time to be intentional about new business. Make a list of 10 agents you would really like to work with and start building those relationships now, before things get busier again.

Consistency matters more than getting an immediate yes.
