Updates Designed to Make Work Easier

Find the invoice you need without opening it first, and switch editors without the workaround.

01 / FIND INVOICES BY PROPERTY

The invoicing grid now shows the property address right alongside the invoice details.

Before, you had to open an invoice to figure out which property it belonged to. Now you can see the address directly from the list, sort by it, or search for an invoice using the property address.

For invoices that include multiple properties, you'll see the first address plus the number of additional properties, with the full list available on hover.

This isn't just an admin improvement — agents see the property address in their portal too, making it easier for them to identify the invoice they're looking for without opening each one.

02 / FLEXIBLE EDITOR HANDOFFS

The editor pencil now works both ways. You can send a human-assigned task straight to AutoHDR, move it from one integrated editor to the other, or reassign it back to a human editor — right up until the task starts.

Just click the pencil in the Editor column, choose Human editor or Integrated editor, fill in what that editor needs, and save. Dispatch happens automatically.

Once a task is in progress, completed, or cancelled, the editor can no longer be changed. Every handoff is also logged in the task's history.

These updates are both about removing small points of friction and giving you more flexibility in the way you work.

Keep the feedback coming.
