01 - Spiro Setup Series - Settings

Spiro has many powerful features and your setup should begin in the Settings section of Spiro.

Below we will guide you through all options and note important features in the system.

Settings:

    1. Don't Miss "My Company" Settings:

      1. General

        1. Set the general information about your company. Pay special attention to: Time Zone, Measurement Units, Currency, as these all have negative effects if set incorrectly

      2. Contact

        1. Review all sections

      3. Branding


      4. Terms and Conditions

        1. Paste in your Terms and Conditions so they can be displayed to your agents on the order page

      5. Getting Ready Guide

        1. Link your Getting Ready Guide, or Property Checklist to send to Subscribers for appointment preparation

      6. Referral Program

        1. Earn credits in your account by referring other photographers into Spiro. Users you refer get $30 in their account to get started and you earn 10% of all money they spend in Spiro forever!

    1. Manual Scheduling

    1. Don't Miss "Service Area" Settings:

      1. Be sure to link your photographers to a service area

    1. Don't Miss "Invoicing" Settings:

      1. Set your Default Agent Pay Options

        1. When do you get paid for the job? Before the Order is Submitted (required payment processor integration), Before Download (required payment processor integration), Invoice Weekly/Monthly

        2. Payment Gateway Setup - integrate your payment processor to get paid!

    1. Don't Miss "Service Category" Settings

      1. Service Categories relate to Photographer Skills. All of your "Services" are linked to a "Service Category" so Spiro knows which Photographers are eligible to be scheduled for a job

  1. Email & SMS Templates

    1. Don't Miss Communication Settings:

      1. We have defined default templates for you however you may modify these or turn them off to further customize your software.

  2. Price and Duration Override

    1. Don't Miss Settings

      1. Nothing too pressing in these sections, review the reasons and modify to collect better data.

    1. Don't Miss "Photographers" Settings

      1. Confirm if your Photographer get paid a cancelation or reschedule fee, set daily mileage payouts and review remaining sections.

    1. Don't Miss "Shopping Cart" settings

      1. Here is where you are able to turn off some of the order page questions.
