From the Download Page, click on Video
Click on Share the Blue share button
Once done, it will show the icons where you can share it which also includes the link that can be copied
After clicking on the link, Vimeo will open in a new tab, proceed to click on Download
Vimeo will give you several options for Video Quality like so:
For the last step, Click on Download. Here, the video quality you select will download to your computer
