The main agent on the order can choose to receive text message notification when the delivery of the media is complete. By default the main agent and any other account manager on the order will receive email notification when the listing is delivered.

By default text message notification is turned off, you can easily turn on text message notifications for delivered jobs inside your agent settings

1. In the upper right hand corner click on your name

2. Click on Settings

Click on  Settings

3. Click on SMS Delivery Notification Preference: *

4. Choose your preferred notification preference

  1. Never - we will not send a text message when a job is delivered, only an email

  2. "First Time" - we will only send 1 text message per order (some orders may have multiple delivery stages)

  3. "Every Time" - we will send a text message for all delivery phases of the order

Choose your preferred notification preference

5. Click on Save
