Your shoot day is simplified in the Photographer Portal with Spiro. This is a dedicated portal that will guide you through your day in the field.

1. The Portal will show you the number of jobs you have today. To begin click this box.

You can also navigate to other pages:

  1. Schedule - look at past or future schedules

  2. Invoices - manage your photographer invoices

  3. Availability - See the time off synced with your Google Calendar (this is read only, all time off modifications need to be added in Google Calendar)

  4. My Profile - Setup of your account

The Portal will show you the number of jobs you have today.  To begin click this box.

2. Shoot Day Overview

The top of the page shows you an overview of all of your appointments. The number of locations you will be visiting, and the services you perform. This is helpful to understand what equipment you need to take with you to complete all of your appointments.

3. Begin Day

Click Begin Day to set the time you will arrive to your first appointment. Doing so will send a SMS reminder to all subscribers letting them know your arrival time.

6. Next: Travel to your appointment

The portal has all important information in front of you. You may tap the address to quickly open your navigation app on your phone. Realtor name and contact information is clickable. You will also see property information and services you need to complete

7. Once you arrive to you appointment you need to "Check In"

8. When you Check In to your first appointment you set your Arrival time to your second appointment.

Remember this information is then send in a text message to all subscribers for that job

10. Next: Perform the Services Ordered

Capture all media needed at the property.

11. When you have captured all media click "Mark As Complete" to finalize this job

  1. Pace - what was the pace of this appointment? Green, Yellow, Red. This is great data to keep track of so you can educate clients about how to properly have their listings ready for your appointment

  2. Job Completion Level - How much of the appointment did you capture? All, Partial, None

  3. Photo Bracket Size - How many brackets did you take per image? This information is used to let your editors know how many final images to upload.

  4. Completion Notes - notes related to this appointment

  5. Alert Office - If you are integrated with Slack do we need to send an alert to your channel?

13. Next: Drive to your second appointment

14. The shoot day process continues until you are done with all appointments.

Check In - when you mark you have arrived to the current property and set the arrival time for the next appointment

Mark As Complete - Set important information about the shoot and mark that the appointment is complete

15. Once all Appointments have been completed your Shoot Day is done!

The delivery process will continue in the Admin Portal
