We are excited to announce a couple of updates today! These focus on the order experience and now giving Admins more options when scheduling on behalf of an agent. We apprecaite all of your feedback and will continue to make updates and improvements based on your feedbacl!

  1. Easy Import of Agents and Companies records from another system

    1. You can now export your customer data out of another system as a CVS file and we can import this quickly and easily into your Spiro system

    2. Export the lists as CVS files and then email them to [email protected]

      1. We will handle the import of all data to get you up and running quickly!

  2. Admin Only Options when placing an order. As an admin placing an order for a client you now have a couple of new Admin Only options that will simplify your workflow!

    1. Allow Out of Service Area Jobs

      1. When an admin places an order on behalf of an agent (tutorial here) you now have the option to allow an out of service area job (Auto Scheduling Only)

      2. If an admin enters an address that is out of your service area(s) you will see the following pop up

        1. If you wish to allow this address click the "Allow this Address (Admin Override)" button (Note: Only Admins placing an order for the client will see this option)

      3. If you choose to proceed you will see the following pop up

          1. Select which service area you want to associate this address with

          2. Click the "View on Map" if you want to see the route from the selected service area to the address

          3. Enter the trip fee to the agent and to the company

          4. Click Continue

        1. Finish Placing the order as normal

          1. Note: Agents will not be able to reschedule this appointment on their own account. They will have to call to your office and an admin will have to modify this appointment

  3. Option to NOT send New Order email when placing an order.

    1. When an admin places an order for a client they now have the ability to NOT send the New Order email.

      1. Many of you have asked for this update and this will allow you to place an order for a client but then make changes to the order (pricing, appointment date and time, etc). This leads to less confusion from the agent in not receiving a New Order email with information that you are going to immediately override.

          1. NOTE: This hold is only for emails, if there are SMS subscribers on the email they (homeowners) will receive the "Getting Ready Guide" email

        1. After you have made your adjustment to the Order you can trigger the New Order email from inside the Order Overview Page

  4. More Global Currency Support - CAD added!

  5. Global Speed improvements - For our users outside the US we have added infrastructure for better loading speed for all parts of the world!
