Simplification of creating services. We are beginning to retire "Base Types" and will carry forward "Add ons" as "Services".
Services are the best of "Base Types" and "Add ons", and is any offering/product that you sell.
Services can be fixed or variable in pricing
Service can be connected to each other for upselling on the order page
Moving forward your should use "Services" for any product/service you sell
Metrics & Reports Section Added
Version 1 of our Metric Section will provide you with exciting data to help understand your business.
"Full Order Report" contains an export of all important data connected to a job.
"Products Bought By" contains an export of all data to help you understand what you are selling
"Days Since Last Order" will help you identify your clients who have not ordered in X days to focus on client retention and dropout.
Onsite Tracking - Service Area Selector
You are now able to select a single or multiple service areas as a filter on the Onsite Tracking page. For those of you who film in multiple service area this filter will quickly identify jobs in those locations
Globalization Update
Spiro now supports Currency and Measurements outside the US
You can find these options in the Settings -> My Company -> General section
Various UI Updates and Adjustment
By default inside the shopping cart (Services and Order Pages) we now show all statuses (Active and Inactive). Active will show at the top of the page and Inactive will show below. Inactive items will be grayed out for easy identification
