We are happy to announce a few exciting updates to the Spiro platform! All of these updates are currently live in your system.
Credits can now be a negative value. If you need to deduct credits from an account you can add a new credit at a negative value.
Drive Distance Availability - currently when checking for availability for Automatic Scheduling the system ignores mileage from launch location to the first scheduled appointment. We do this so that if you have photographers who are traveling to more than 1 service area the system will ignore the travel to that service area. When the first scheduled appointment was in the middle of the day the system would not allow appointments in the same service area if mileage between appointments was greater than the distance from the Launch location to the newly calculated job. Typically if you are traveling to another service area (city) to work for the day this distance is going to be greater than your allowed mileage between job.
This change will ignore mileage on the first appointment and not just the first scheduled appointment
Invoice Payment Flow Change - We have improved the flow and functionality when your client clicks and email link to pay an invoice.
New Flow
User click the link in email to view the invoice
The user can immediately see the invoice (no login screen shown)
User click "Pay Now"
We now ask the user if they would like to login to use a Credit Card on File
If Yes
The user can login and complete the payment
If No
The user can input a payment method and complete the payment
