We are excited to announce the latest updates to the Spiro platform.

Ability for Admin to change the status of a job

1. Force Photographer Completed 
 1. If a Photographer forgets to complete a job in the Photographer portal, Admin can now manually advance a job 
 2. 
 
2. Promote to Delivered 
 1. If a job needs to be marked as delivered without sending a delivery email 
 2. 
 
3. Demote to Editing and QC 
 1. If a job has been sent but you need to move it back a stage so media assets are not available for viewing/downloading 
 2.

Task Builder - Ability to now hold a system task until a desired due date. Previously System Tasks always triggered immediately when ready. You now have the ability to wait until a set due date.

Media Library - we are now using the "Media Title" in place of the Address on the Media Library

Agent Portal - All jobs are now sorted by Shoot Date. Pending jobs will be first until they have been completed by the photographer and then will sort by Shoot Date

Build Display Page - Quick Access buttons have been reworked to save space

Listing Page - Filtering Improvements

Marketing Toolkit - large text boxes will now dynamically expand when more text is added to allow for easy editing and viewing

Agent Portal - Order Pages - Spacing and UI improvements

Video Download - improvements have been added to account for Vimeo plans that do now allow download via the Vimeo API. If you are on a plan that does not allow then we will redirect the user to the Vimeo player page that does include a Download button

Manual Scheduler - Daylight Savings Time considerations fixed

Build Display Page - new button "Services" that will show all Services included on the order

Marketing Tile - Previews have been updated to make it clear they are examples

Download Assets Page - Improvements to pre select the first section with media

Auto Scheduling Availability - previously when a Photographer was selected and then deselected availability was off, this has been fixed
