You can update your property website, including the description and listing details, from the Property Website Editor. You can open it from your portal or from your delivery email.

How to open the Property Website Editor

From your portal

  1. Log in to your photographer’s order page.

  2. Click Listings.

  3. On the listing, click the Property Website Editor icon. The editor opens without asking you to log in again.

From your delivery email

  1. Open the Your Media Is Ready email for the listing.

  2. Click VIEW ALL LISTINGS.

  3. On the listing, click the Property Website Editor icon.

  4. Click Login via SMS, enter the phone number your photographer has on file, and click Continue.

  5. Enter the code texted to you in Pin Code and click Continue.

How to add a property description

  1. Open the Property Website Editor for the listing.

  2. Click Property Info.

  3. Enter your description in the Description field.

  4. Click Save Changes.

Notes

  • Only the agent the order was placed under can edit the property website. Agents added to the property website as additional agents can’t log in to edit it.

  • Changes are live on the property website as soon as you click Save Changes.

  • Long descriptions are shortened on the property website, with a link to read the full text.

  • If you work with more than one photographer, use the portal or delivery email from the photographer who delivered that listing. Each photographer has a separate portal.

  • Once you're logged in, click Listings in the menu to open your other listings.

  • If your code doesn’t arrive, click Resend Code once the countdown ends.

  • The download and view icons on the listing card only open those pages. Use the Property Website Editor icon to make changes.

  • To log in with a password instead of a code, see How to Set a Password for Your Agent Account.
