Making Changes to the Property Website

You can login to your portal and edit any property website. The Property Website Editor will allow you to add information about the listing (bedrooms, bathrooms, description, price, etc), you can also rearrange and hide images and add Lead Capture on the website!

# Sign into the Portal

1. Click on Listings

Click on  Listings

2. Find the Listing you wish to Modify

3. Click the Property Website Builder Icon - a New Tab will open

If nothing happens when you click the icon please check your pop up blocker. The Property Website builder opens in a new Tab

4. Let's add Property Information - Click "Property Info"

5. Update this section as desired.

6. Add Pricing Information in the "Display Section Subtitle"

We suggest you add "Offered at $XXX,XXX"

7. Here is where you can paste your property descirption

8. When you are done with changes click "Save Changes"

9. Let's Rearrange/Hide Images - Click "Gallery"

10. To Hide an Image uncheck "Display"

11. Let's Rearrange Your Images - click "Rearrange"

12. Click and Drag the Images to the Desired Order

You can select multiple images by holding control/command

13. When complete click "Save Changes"

14. Let's add Lead Capture - Click "Page Popups"

15. Click on Add Popup

17. Check Required - This means the user cannot interact with the page unless they give submit their information.

Delay Time - is the seconds before the pop up appears. If you do not want a delay enter "0"

18. Click on Save popup

19. To View the page Scroll up to the top of the Property Website Builder and Click "View"

20. You Can View the Updated Property Website

In this example we are showing the Lead Capture Pop up!
