In Settings - Safari - Turn off Block Pop ups

Check your Photos app, the video will be in your library 

1. In Settings - Safari - Turn off Block Pop ups
2. From the Download Page - tap Download
3. Open the Download from Safari
4. Click the Share Icon
5. Click Save
6. Check your Photos app, the video will be in your library

Currently if you click download and nothing happens you have pop ups blocked in your browser. To disable pop ups proceed to the next step

2. Go to "Settings" and scroll down to "Safari"

4. Return to the Download Page and tap Download

Now you will receive a pop up message, click "Allow"

6. In the URL - tap the download arrow, then click Downloads

7. From the Download Panel tap on the Video File

8. The Video will Open - Tap the Share Icon (bottom left corner)

You will now see the video in your photos
