White Labeling Spiro Portals with GoDaddy: Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Accessing Spiro Settings:

    • Go to settings in Spiro and navigate to "My Company."

    • Select "Custom Domains" to set up white labeling for your portals.

  2. White Labeling Portals:

    • Choose the portal type you want to white label (e.g., agent portal, single property websites).

    • Configure the domain, subdomain, and domain you want to use for each portal.

  3. Setting Up Agent Portal Hosting:

    • Specify the hosting service (e.g., GoDaddy) for the agent portal.

    • Enter the domain and subdomain details, then click "Create."

  4. Adding Records in GoDaddy:

    • Log in to your GoDaddy account and access the DNS settings for your domain.

    • Add text, CNAME, and CAA records provided by Spiro to verify and secure your domain.

  5. Verification and Propagation:

    • Wait for the DNS changes to propagate (usually within 48 hours).

    • Verify the records in Spiro to ensure successful setup.

  6. White Labeling Additional Portals:

    • Repeat the process for other portals (e.g., single property websites) if needed.

    • Use unique subdomains for each portal and follow the same steps for adding records in GoDaddy.

  7. Finalizing and Support:

    • Once all records are verified, your portals are successfully white-labeled.

    • Spiro will issue an SSL certificate for secure browsing.

    • Reach out to Spiro for any questions or assistance in the white-labeling process.
