Modifying an order is fairly simple. This applies to orders that have already been invoiced and also to invoices that have already been paid

To get started, you first would need to access the order and then go to the order details section:

Once you have clicked on the Order Details section you can either click on the edit button to change the bundles to update the prices and add-ons or click on Custom fees to add any item that isn't in the order

You also have the option to change the pricing individually by clicking here:

Changing the amount would trigger this box to show up which you need to fill out to update the prices:

Once done, make sure to click on save.

By doing this, it updates any existing invoices (both paid and unpaid). In the event an invoice has already been paid and you need to modify it, the invoice will simply be marked as partially paid
