Create an Additional Appointment on an Order
There are times when you need to schedule an additional trip(s) to a property. This could be for various reasons:
You weren't able to complete all services at the original appointment
You missed a room or need to reshoot a room
You split services between multiple photographers
You need to schedule a second trip for a twilight shoot
You are able to quickly and easily create an additional appointment in Spiro.

1. Be sure you are on the Order Overview Page
2. Click on Create Appointment
3. Build the Services for the New Appointment
You have the option to copy a service from the original order and/or create a new custom item to be completed
If you want to copy a Service from the original order click the checkbox next to the Service
name, this service will be copied to the new appointment
NOTE: This will not remove the Service from the original appointment
4. To Create a Custom Item - Click "+ Add Item"
5. Give the item a Name
6. To Display this Item to the Photographer toggle on Display to Photographer
7. Enter in
Agent Pays - this amount will be added to the invoice (if the invoice is paid it will be reopened and the charge will be added)
Photographer Payout - the pay out amount to the Photographer
Duration - How long onsite to complete this item
8. Select any Tasks that need associated with this Item
9. Enter in any Photographer Instructions or Internal Notes
Photographer Instructions are displayed in the Photographer Portal
Internal Notes will appear on the internal notes section on this order
10. Click on Save Item
11. Click on Next
12. Add Appointment Details
Confirm/Modify Onsite Duration
"Is a fix" will note to the photographer that this appointment is fixing a mistake
Select Lockbox/Entry
"Go Anytime" this will be displayed to the photographer so they understand there is flexibility with the arrival
13. Schedule the Appointment
Select:
Date
Time
Photographer
Click Save Changes to save the appointment
Note: Additional Appointments have to be schedule on or after the original appointment. An additional appointment cannot be schedule prior to the original appointment
