Create an Additional Appointment on an Order

There are times when you need to schedule an additional trip(s) to a property. This could be for various reasons:

  1. You weren't able to complete all services at the original appointment

  2. You missed a room or need to reshoot a room

  3. You split services between multiple photographers

  4. You need to schedule a second trip for a twilight shoot

You are able to quickly and easily create an additional appointment in Spiro.

1. Find and Edit the desired Order

2. Click on Create Appointment

Click on Create Appointment

➡️ Next Add Services or Custom Items for the Photographer to Complete

3. Click to Copy a Service from the Original Order

This will copy the service and add it to the additional appointment

Click to Copy a Service from the Original Order

4. Click on Add Existing Item

Form the dropdown select any service from your shopping cart

Click on Add Existing Item

5. Custom Item Setup

A Custom Item will allow you to create a "to do" item for the photographer for this additional appointment

Custom Items Options:

  1. Name - displayed to your Photographer and Client

  2. Display to Photographer - show/hide on the photographer portal

  3. Agent Pay - price invoiced to Agent

  4. Photographer Pay Out - price payout to the photographer

  5. Duration - on site time needed to complete this to do item

  6. Tasks - what tasks need done to deliver this media?

  7. Photographer Instructions - onsite instructions to the photographer

  8. Internal Notes - notes for admin about this cutom item

Custom Item Setup

6. Once you have Added To Do items for the photographer

  1. Optionally - add additional instructions to the photographer

  2. Show/Hide Order Comments from the original order

  3. Show/Hide Questions/Answers from the original order

Click Next to continue

Once you have Added To Do items for the photographer

7. Appointment Details

Confirm/Modify

  1. Appointment Duration - time onsite for Photographer

  2. is a fix - this shows to the photographer so they understand they are fixing a problem

  3. Lockbox

  4. Go Anytime - noted to the photographer in the portal

Manually Pick date, time and Photographer

Automatic Scheduling - Toggle on to use the automatic scheduling calendar

11. Click on Save Changes to Create Additional Appointment
