Photographer Text Message Notification Send Preferences
In the photographer portal, Spiro will automatically send a text message to all subscribers once you check into your previous job.
If you prefer to control when this message is sent, you can enable the custom send settings option.
1. Next Client Notification Setting
Select "Custom (Let Photographer send on demand)
2. Click on Save Changes
3. How the Photographer will send on demand
From the Photographer portal, the "Begin Day" button will send a text message to the first appointment on demand.
4. Click "Check In"
5. By Default Text Messages will not send on Check In
If you would like to send the text message upon check in you must select the option in the Check In pop up
6. Notify Client - On demand sending of the notification
At any point prior to completion you may click the "Notify Client" button to on demand send the notification.
Note this message can only be send once
7. Set your Arrival Time and Click Confirm to send the notification
