Including a Calendar Invite to Agents
Spiro can include a calendar invite to your agents in the new order email. Your agents can easily click that calendar invite to add the appointment to their calendar
1. Click on Settings…
2. Click on Scheduling
3. Click on Agent Appointment Invite Settings
4. Toggle on "Include a calendar invitation when sending out appointment confirmed emails."
5. Click on Save Changes
