You can host delivered videos in your own Dropbox account instead of Vimeo. Spiro imports the video from your Dropbox job folder and plays it on the property website directly from Dropbox.
Overview
To host video in Dropbox, you need:
Dropbox connected, with an Auto Imported Folder set to Video. See Configuring Dropbox Integration.
Dropbox set as your default video host.
Videos exported as .mp4 files.

How to set Dropbox as your video host
Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Video Hosting Platform.
In Dropbox Video Settings, click Enable Video Hosting.
Make sure the button next to Dropbox Video Settings is selected.
Under 2 Weeks after delivering a listing, choose Move video or Copy Video.
Click Save Changes.
If Dropbox isn't connected yet, the card shows Manage Dropbox Integration instead of Enable Video Hosting.
How to add videos
From Dropbox
Save the finished video to the job's Video Auto Imported Folder. Spiro imports it to the Property Website Editor and plays it from Dropbox.
From the Property Website Editor
Upload the video in the Property Website Editor. Spiro copies it into the job's Video folder in Dropbox, then imports it from there.
Recommended export settings
.mp4 files only. Other formats, such as .mov, aren't imported and won't play.
H.264 compression (not H.265)
Less than 100 MB per minute of video
1080p or 4K
Spiro shows a Larger Video File warning on videos over 100 MB per minute.
Understanding what happens to videos after delivery
After delivery, Spiro removes access to the job folder and reorganizes it in your Dropbox. A video played from inside the job folder can be affected, so we suggest choosing Move video or Copy Video under 2 Weeks after delivering a listing. Pick whichever suits how you manage your Dropbox:
Move video: the video is moved to a separate video-archive folder and keeps playing on the property website. Only one copy is kept, so it uses less Dropbox storage.
Copy Video: a copy is saved to the video-archive folder and the property website plays the copy. The original stays in the job folder, so this uses twice the Dropbox storage.
Do Nothing (default): the video stays in the job folder, where it can be affected when the folder is reorganized.
Move and Copy don't run if your Dropbox storage is full.
Notes
Don't delete a Dropbox-hosted video from Dropbox. It stops playing on the property website, and Spiro can't restore it.
If two videos in a job have the same file name, the second one is skipped.
A .mov or other non-.mp4 file uploaded in the Property Website Editor is still copied to Dropbox, but it's never imported back as a playable video. Export as .mp4 and upload again.
Clicking Disable Video Hosting asks you to confirm, then stops Spiro from importing videos from Dropbox.
