Appointment Rating Reporting Guide

From the Live Tracker a client can rate a job with a 1-5 star rating. These ratings are complied into a report you can access in the Reports and Metrics Section

Note: The "Rate our Services" button only shows after the job has been completed

2. User Clicks on Rate our service

4. Now this Rating will be inside your Metrics Section

5. Click on Metrics & Reports

6. Click on Generate Report

Click on Generate Report

7. Click on Appointment Ratings Report

8. Select a Date Range and Click "Get Report"

9. Open the Report - You will see all feedback left for the selected time period!
