You can set normal working hours for your photographers in the admin panel, the days of the week they work and the hours in which they will take appointments. You have a few options for how the system will schedule their first appointment and last appointment.
Beginning of Day (first appointment) - do you want the set time to be the time:
They leave their launch location?
The start time of their first appointment?
End of Day (last appointment) - do you want the set time to be the time:
They Get Home
They finish their last appointment
They arrive at their last appointment
Each Photographer has these options, to set these options follow the steps below

2. Click on Photographers
3. Edit the desired Photographer
4. Click on Working Days & Hours
5. Start of Day Time
Launch Time - the time selected will be the time you leave your launch location.
Arrival Time - the time selected will be when you arrive to your first appointment (appointment start time)
6. End of Day Time Setting
Get Home Time - the time set will be the time you are done shooting your last appointment AND drive time home
Finish Time - the time set will be the time you are done shooting your last appointment
Last Appointment Start Time - the time set will be the last time slot for a client to schedule (beginning of appointment time)
