In Spiro, you can require clients to agree to your specific usage terms before they download any media. This ensures that your licensing and copyright policies are clearly communicated and accepted prior to media access.
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on My Company
3. Click on Terms and Conditions
4. Check Show Terms & Conditions before allowing asset downloads
5. Check I have a specific ToC for Media & Assets
6. Paste Your Download Terms Here
7. Click on Save Changes
8. On the Download Page users will have to agree to your terms prior to download
