While placing an order you might have a need to schedule at a date/time that the auto scheduling system sees as unavailable. You can quickly and easily override this from the order page.
Note: Overriding date/time and photographer will allow you to schedule an appointment where there is a conflict (another appointment, time off, over quota, not in service area, etc). Please use this carefully!
While Placing an Order
1. If you do not see the scheduling option you would like.
2. Click on Admin Only - Switch to Manual Date/Time Selection (Advanced Mode)
3. Select Any Date in the Future
4. Select Any Time
5. Select Any Photographer
Note: on the right side of the name of the photographer if you hover on the icons you will see
