You may need to add notes to an order that display to your photographer which are specific to that job. On the order you can add notes in the "Order Comments" section that display to the photographer. Note these also would appear to the agent as well if they login to see the details of the order.
If you have agent specific notes (IE -take more images of the kitchen for this agent) you can add those on the agent record under photographer notes.
1. Click on Orders
2. Modify the Desired Order
3. Click on Order Details (Created)…
4. Add Comments in "Order Comments"
5. Inside the Photographer Portal the Notes show here
