What is a New Client Detected Email?
When a new client is added to your system, they will automatically receive a Welcome Email. This email thanks them for signing up, provides your contact information (email and phone), and includes a Visit Us button that links directly to a website of your choosing.

What triggers a New Client Detected Email?
There are four ways a new client can be added to your system:
Admin manually adding an agent
Admin import of a list of agents
Agent registering via the order page
New agent placing an order
Important: Not every method triggers the welcome email.
If an admin imports or manually adds clients, no email is sent.
If a client registers through the order page or places an order themselves, the welcome email is sent.
Manually Adding or Importing - does not trigger New Client Detected Email
New Agent Registering via Orders Page or ‘see pricing’ and then ordering from within does trigger the New Client Detected Email.
