New Features to Streamline Your Workflow!

1. Dropbox Video Hosting

We’ve added a powerful new option for hosting your videos! You can now:

  • Upload videos directly to property websites.

  • Auto-import videos from your designated Dropbox folder.

  • Now no need for a Vimeo Subscription!

This integration makes it easier than ever to manage and deliver your video content seamlessly.

2. Additional Appointment Improvements

Creating additional appointments just got a whole lot more flexible! You can now:

  • Add any of your services to the appointment.

  • Choose to hide original order comments and Q&A.

  • Enjoy the convenience of auto-scheduling during appointment creation.

Plus, you can modify the original appointment to mark a service as "not needing to be shot." Flexibility at your fingertips!

3. Task Instructions in the Task Manager

Task management is now more intuitive. Simply click on the Task Name in the Task Manager to view the detailed Task Instructions. This ensures editors and team members have all the information they need, right where they need it.

4. Invoice PDF Updates

Invoices are clearer than ever! PDFs now display:

  • The date paid and payment method for greater transparency.

5. Photographer Invoice Admin View

We’ve improved the Photographer Invoice experience to save you time:

  • See a clear breakdown of total payout:

    • Services on one line.

    • Mileage on another line (ideal for reimbursing mileage).

These updates simplify paying your photographers, especially when mileage is involved!

6. Company Pay Safeguards

Never miss out on payments! If an agent places an order with Company Pay but isn’t assigned to a company, Spiro will now notify you. This allows you to assign the agent to a company and ensure you get paid promptly.

7. Improved Invoice Searching

Finding invoices has never been easier. Our enhanced search functionality helps you locate invoices faster and more efficiently.
