How do I add an additional appointment?
From the order overview page, you would see a button under the first appointment, "Create Appointment"
This page would appear where in you can add the details of what's to be included in this new appointment
This section allows you to select already existing services that was ordered
You may also select a completely new service that isn't included
And even a Custom Item!
Once you have selected the services, you can now create the schedule
And voila! Here's the new appointment!

Is there a limit to how many appointments can be added into an order?
No there's none
Will this generate a new listing page?
No, this would be linked to the original listing page
How will the order be invoiced?
