Property Website Traffic Report Emails

Definition

Spiro can automatically send weekly traffic reports for Property Websites. These emails include stats such as page views and visitor activity.

Purpose

Traffic reports are designed to keep agents updated on property performance. However, some agents may not want to receive them.

Current Options

  • Unsubscribing from Spiro Emails

    • Agents can unsubscribe from all Spiro-generated emails, but this will also stop other important notifications (not recommended).

  • Removing Recipients from Traffic Report Setup

    • To stop traffic reports for a specific property, remove the agent’s email address from the Traffic Report Setup section in the Property Website Editor. 📸

⚠️ Important Limitation
Currently, there is no way to “globally opt-out” of all traffic report emails for an agent’s account. The only options are:

  • Delete the email address from each property’s Traffic Report Setup.

  • Or unsubscribe entirely (which impacts all notifications).

Steps to Remove an Email from Traffic Report Setup

  1. Open the property in the Property Website Editor (PWE).

  2. Scroll down to the Traffic Report Setup section. 📸

  3. Delete the email address listed.

  4. Save your changes.

Why Use It

  • Ensures that only the right agents are receiving traffic updates.

  • Avoids complaints about “unnecessary” reports, especially after a property has been sold.

  • Keeps email inboxes clean while still allowing reporting where desired.
