If a property website, Access Agent button, or any other page isn’t opening when you click it, the most common cause is a browser pop-up blocker preventing the page from loading.
How to Fix It
Check your pop-up blocker.
Make sure pop-ups are allowed for the Spiro site.In most browsers, this option appears near the address bar when a pop-up is blocked.
You can also search “allow pop-ups [your browser name]” for step-by-step instructions.
Refresh the page after enabling pop-ups, then try again.

Spiro pages such as property websites and agent dashboards sometimes open in a new browser tab or window. If your browser blocks pop-ups, the page won’t appear when clicked — even though the link is working.
