Spiro supports two scheduling methods that determine how clients book shoots — either automatically through your Google Calendar availability or manually after order submission. Use this guide to confirm or update your preferred method.

What Scheduling Methods does Spiro have?

We offer two methods

  1. Automatic Scheduling – Clients select from available dates/times synced with your Google Calendar.

  2. Manual Scheduling – Clients request a preferred date/time, and you assign it manually after the order is submitted.

How to Change Your Method

To update your scheduling method:

  1. Go to Settings → Scheduling → Scheduling Method.

  2. Select either Automatic Scheduling or Manual Scheduling.

  3. Click Save to confirm your change.

Note: When using Automatic Scheduling, ensure your Google Calendar is connected and shows correct availability.

  • Without integration, clients will see all times as open.

  • Calendar integration automatically blocks out unavailable time slots to prevent double-booking.

Failure to integrate your calendar will allow clients to schedule any available time, showing up on the scheduling page
