Overview of performance insights and exportable data

Intro:

Get a quick overview of your business performance in one place. The Metrics & Reports dashboard shows key insights like revenue, job volume, and client activity—helping you compare progress, track goals, and generate exportable reports anytime. Use it to identify trends, spot opportunities, and keep your business on track. All dashboard cards use Date Completed as the reference date for reporting.

How It Works

Each dashboard section shows at-a-glance data for:

  • Revenue

  • Cash Collected

  • Number of Jobs

  • Average Order Value

  • New Clients

  • Unique Clients

  • Market Share

  • Revenue per Client

  • No Orders in Last X days

Click any tile to view detailed graphs by month or year, compare against last year’s numbers, and export data as needed.

Tip: Use the Export button on any chart to download the data as a .csv file for Excel or Google Sheets.

By default, second appointments are not included in the Number of Jobs card.
You can update this in Settings to include additional appointments.

Each dashboard card includes an info icon to help you understand what is included in the metric.
Hover over the (i) icon to view details.

Reports You Can Generate

The Generate Report button gives access to multiple report types, including:

  • Agent Referral Performance Report

  • Appointment Ratings Report

  • Bundle Performance

  • Client Performance

  • Coupon Codes

  • Full Order Report

  • Invoice Report

  • No Order in Last X Days

  • Order Page

  • Photographer Invoice Report

  • Photographer Mileage Report

  • Photographer Work Duration

  • Products Bought By

  • Referred Agent Performance Report

  • Service Performance

Each report downloads in .csv format for flexible analysis outside Spiro.

The Metrics & Reports tab is currently in BETA. Additional metrics and filters will be released in future updates.
