The Order Page gives both sides a clear view of the booking — from what was ordered to its current status and next steps — making it easy to stay aligned every step of the way.
How do I or my clients access my order page?
The order page can be accessed through your order page link. This link can be found here:
First step would be to go to your Shopping Cart tab, from there click on Order Pages and you would see your order page/s. Click on the eye icon.
Doing so would redirect you over to your actual order page
How do I get the link to my order page?
By following the steps above, it would redirect you to your live order page and from there, you can copy the link from the address bar
I don't want the login screen to appear first. How do I remove that?
You can remove that by following this:
Go to Settings - Shopping Cart and uncheck Enable initial login screen

Can I select which order page would require the login screen and which won't?
No, you cannot - this section would apply to all your order pages.
Can I embed my order page on my website?
No, you cannot. You can only link your order page, as Spiro does not support embedding
My clients cannot access my order page. Help!
There can only be two reasons why you or your client is not able to access the order page - here are the common scenarios you might encounter
Incomplete URL
Zoomed in:
Every order page requires your shortcode and the order page code to be able to identify which order page it should direct to, in the event that the page did not load correctly or you opt to include your codes, this page will appear
Complete URL

Assigned Order page:
If an order page is assigned, anyone who attempts to access the link would see this page:
For cases like this please ensure that the client attempting to access the order page is indeed assigned or you can change the setting of the order page to Anyone
