A: Apple Maps can be used by copying the address into Apple Maps. When you tap the address in the photographer portal by default we open in Google maps.
Q: What are the benefits of integrating Slack with Spiro?
A: When you integrate Slack Spiro will automatically send reminders to the integrated Slack channel. Some examples are:
1. Day Before Reminders - get a reminder of the number of jobs and types of services you have tomorrow
2. Begin Day Reminder - a Reminder 1 hour before your first appointment
3. Running Late - a message when the photographer is running late
4. Same Day Cancellation or Schedule - if you schedule gets changed today you will get a Slack notification
Q: How do I enable SMS notifications for photographer or admin when a new order is placed?
A: Tenant-level Photographer SMS notifications can be enabled and configured under Settings → Photographer → SMS Messages. From there you can turn on notifications for:
Same-day appointment additions
Same-day cancellations/reschedules
Schedule reminders (currently only for [fill in detail — e.g. specific service type / scheduling method])
For the photographer, the calendar appointment is also synced to the Google Calendar set up on their account.

A: To set your default order page visit:
1. Shopping Cart
2. Order Pages
Modify the page you wish to make the default page.
Click the Settings icon at the top of the page.
Toggle on - Default
Now when your clients log visit your order page link they will be shown this default order page!
