Temporarily delivery emails will not send in Spiro, we are working hard to fix this asap!
In the meantime here is how you can send the delivery email to your client. Sorry for the inconvenience, emails will be back up running shortly (we do have staff working Thanksgiving Day)
1. Click on Promote To Delivered
We need to use "Promote to Delivered" in order to "turn on" the media to the agent
2. Click on Confirm
3. Copy the Download Link so we can send it to your client
Click on the Download button, and the download page will open in a new window
4. Let's quickly find the Agent's email - Click on the Arrow next to the agent name
5. Here you will find the email address - copy this address
6. From your Email Editor
Start a blank email (in Outlook, Gmail, etc)
Paste the agents email address in the "To" field
Give a Subject name - "123 Address" Media
In the body include the link to the download page
From the download page the agent will be able to pay, download all media and access links to the property websites
