We are thrilled to have you here. This video series is designed to take you from "Zero" to "Launch" in about 90 minutes. By the end of this course, you will have a fully automated business that handles booking, payments, and delivery while you sleep.

Before we start building, let's get you familiar with your new command center.

1. Your Dashboard (The Command Center)

When you log in, you will see the Dashboard. This is your home base.

  • Left Menu: This is how you navigate the system. You will spend most of your time in Orders, Calendar, and Shopping Cart.

  • Top Right: Your Profile and Notification settings.

2. How to Find Answers Fast (The Knowledge Base) 🧠

Stuck on a setting? You don't need to leave the page to get help.

  1. Look for the Question Mark (?) icon in the top right corner of your screen.

  2. Clicking this opens our Knowledge Base instantly.

  3. Search for keywords like "Tax," "Domain," or " Stripe" to find step-by-step guides.

3. Chat with Real Humans (The Pink Bubble) πŸ’¬

Sometimes you just need to talk to a person. We get it!

  1. Look for the Pink Chat Bubble in the bottom right corner of every screen.

  2. Click Messages to start a conversation.

  3. Our support team (real people, not robots!) is ready to help you troubleshoot.

4. The "Build" Roadmap πŸ—ΊοΈ

This course is broken down into 12 bite-sized modules. We recommend following them in order:

  • Modules 1-2: The Basics (Company Info & Money)

  • Modules 3-6: Building Your Menu & Schedule

  • Modules 7-8: Managing Your Team

  • Modules 9-12: Going Live & Launching
