Module 1: Company Settings & Branding 🏢

Set up your company "DNA"—your contact info, branding, logos, and mobile app (PWA) configuration.

Overview In this module, we will configure your company's "DNA"—your contact info, branding, and legal terms. This ensures your system looks professional and functions correctly from Day 1.

Step 1: General Settings (The "Big 3")

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Company in the left-hand menu.

  2. Click on the General tab.

  3. Verify the "Big 3" settings to ensure your calendar and billing work correctly:

    • Time Zone: Crucial! Set this to your local time so photographer schedules align.

    • Measurement Units: Select Square Feet or Meters.

    • Currency: Select your billing currency (USD, CAD, AUD, etc.).

  4. Image Width: Web Sized images by default will be 2500px.

⭐ Pro Tip: Keep the "Image Width" at 2500px. This is the industry standard for MLS. Spiro automatically creates a resized version of your photos for agents to download, while keeping your high-res originals safe in the cloud.

Step 2: Branding & Logos 🎨

Your brand matters. Let's make the portal look like you.

  1. Click the Branding tab.

  2. Upload Logos: You will need two versions:

    • Dark Background Logo: Used on dark headers/footers.

    • Light Background Logo: Used on invoices and light backgrounds.

  3. Favicon: Upload a small square icon (16x16 or 32x32). This is the tiny icon that appears in the browser tab.

    ⭐ Pro Tip: Favicon is not required however easy to generate from your logo using a free online tool such as: https://favicon.io/

  4. Primary Color: Use the color picker to select your brand's main color (Hex Code). This changes the buttons and accents throughout your portal.

Step 3: Mobile App (PWA) Icons 📱

Spiro acts as a mobile app for your agents. You can control what the app icon looks like on their phone home screen.

  1. Scroll down to the Order Portal Branding section.

  2. Web App Logo: Upload a square logo here.

  3. When an agent saves your portal to their iPhone or Android home screen, this is the icon they will see.

Step 4: Legal & Compliance ⚖️

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

  2. Terms & Conditions: Paste your service agreement here. Agents must check a box agreeing to these terms before they can book you.

  3. Getting Ready Guide: Paste a link (Google Drive, Dropbox, or PDF) to your homeowner prep sheet. This link will appear in confirmation emails.

  4. Agent Display Info: Toggle Equal Housing or Realtor logos on/off depending on your local real estate board requirements.

Step 5: Save

Don't forget to click Save Changes at the bottom of the page!
