Module 4: Building Your Order Page πŸ›’

Configure automatic scheduling logic, minimize drive-time gaps, and customize the Order Success message.

Overview We have our ingredients (Services); now it's time to print the menu. Your Order Page is the public link you will send to agents to book you. In this module, we will arrange your services into Bundles (Packages) and A La Carte sections.

Step 1: Create the Page πŸ“„

  1. Click Create Order Page.

  2. Name: Give it a title (e.g., "Residential Real Estate").

  3. URL Code: Spiro automatically generates this based on the name, but you can customize it (e.g., /booking).

  4. Assignment Type:

    • Anyone: Public page (Recommended for your main link).

    • New Clients Only: Great for first-time promos.

    • Only Assigned Users: Private page for VIPs or Broker Deals.

  5. Click Create Order Page.

Step 2: Method A - The "Quick Add" (A La Carte) ⚑

Use this method to quickly add individual services (like the "25 HDR Photos" we made in Module 3) to your menu.

  1. Click the Add Individual Services button (middle icon).

  2. Search for your service (e.g., "25 HDR Photos").

  3. Check the box and click Add Selected Services.

  4. Confirm the prompt.

    • Result: You now have a "Bundle" containing just that one item. Perfect for A La Carte!

  5. Scroll through the Bundle Sections to confirm pricing and also add any other branding and Tags which are available on a Bundle

Step 3: Method B - Building a Package (The Luxury Bundle) πŸ’Ž

Now, let's create a true package that combines multiple services (Photos + Drone + Video) for a single price.

  1. Click Create > Create Bundle.

  2. Name: "Luxury Bundle" (or "Gold Package").

  3. Groups: Organize your menu by category. Click the dropdown > Add New > type "Packages".

  4. Card Size:

    1. Select Large to make this package stand out on the screen.

    2. Select Medium to make this package fill the screen with 2 cards across by row

    3. Select Small to make this package fill the screen with 3 cards across by row

  5. Included Services: Click Enable Editing (if needed) and add the services that belong in this package (e.g., 40 Photos, Drone, Video).

⭐ Pro Tip (Tags): Want to draw attention to a deal? Add a Tag like "Best Value" or "Save $50." You can customize the background color (e.g., Red) to make it pop!

Step 4: Pricing & Upsells πŸ“ˆ

  1. Pricing: Enter the total package price (e.g., $750). This overrides the individual prices of the services inside.

  2. On-Site Duration: Ensure you set enough time (e.g., 120 mins) to complete all tasks in the bundle.

  3. Optional Add-ons: This is key for increasing your order value. Select items like "Twilight Photos" or "Social Reel" that agents can add with one click.

  4. Pop-up Offer: Select one high-value item (like 60 Sec Video). This triggers a special pop-up at the end of the booking flow to tempt the agent one last time.

Step 5: Visuals & Image Sizes πŸ–ΌοΈ

Don't forget to upload a cover image for your bundle!

  • Thumbnail: Scroll to the Gallery tab (image icon) on the bundle.

    • Medium Card: Standard square/rect.

    • Large Card: Wide banner style (approx 1000 x 184 px).

Step 6: Test It

  1. Click View Order Page in the top right.

  2. Click "See Pricing" to bypass the login screen.

  3. Test your buttons and make sure the math looks right.
