You can upload an image to your order page to visually enhance your product presentation.
For desktop and laptop users, your Bundles card will have three size options. However, on mobile devices, all cards will automatically display in the small size. Please design your images accordingly.
When uploading images to Spiro, keep these recommended dimensions in mind:
Image Upload Size:
300 DPI is ideal for clean, crisp images.
Please note that the final image size after cropping will be:
350px width by 200px height.
We recomme
nd leaving 30px for bleed/trim.
Using Video for Large Card Thumbnails
Adding video to your Large Card thumbnails via YouTube or Vimeo is a great way to create a dynamic, "luxury" feel for your high-end packages. Since Spiro uses video hosting links, you’ll need to follow specific layout and timeline strategies to ensure the video looks and behaves correctly.
1. The Layout: 16:9 Container
When creating your video in your editor (Canva, Premiere, CapCut, etc.), use a standard 1024 x 576 (16:9) canvas.
The Active Strip (Top 340px): Only the top 340 pixels of your video will be visible in the thumbnail header. Ensure your footage and graphics are aligned to the top of the frame.
The Mobile Safe Zone: To prevent your content from being cropped on mobile devices, keep your most important text or logos in the horizontal center (middle 325px) of that top strip.
Avoid the Top-Left: System badges (like "Best Of The Best") sit in the top-left corner. Shift your branding slightly toward the center to avoid being covered.
2. Hosting & Looping (YouTube vs. Vimeo)
Spiro currently supports video via YouTube or Vimeo share links. Because these platforms handle "looping" differently, use the following tips:
If using Vimeo:
Vimeo has a native "Loop" setting in their player controls. Ensure this is toggled ON so the video repeats seamlessly for the customer.
If using YouTube (The "Manual Loop" Trick):
YouTube does not offer a native "auto-loop" feature for embedded links. To prevent the video from ending and showing a "Related Videos" or "Replay" screen too quickly:
Create your short 15–30 second edit.
Duplicate your footage on your editing timeline multiple times.
Aim for a total video length of 3 to 5 minutes.
Example: If your clip is 30 seconds, paste it 6 times to reach 3 minutes.
This creates a "manual loop" that keeps the thumbnail active throughout the duration of a typical customer’s order session.
3. Technical Best Practices
Remove Audio: Ensure your video is exported as Silent. Audio tracks in thumbnails can be disruptive to the user experience.
Resolution: Export at 1080p or 720p. Even though we only see the top strip, the hosting platform needs a standard resolution to process the link correctly.
Paste the Link: Once uploaded, simply copy the public "Share" link from YouTube or Vimeo and paste it into the Video URL field in your Spiro Package settings.
