Overview You have built the system. Now, we need to test drive it. In this critical module, we will simulate the entire lifecycle of an order—from the initial phone call to the final delivery—acting as the Agent, the Photographer, and the Admin. This "Shakedown Cruise" ensures you understand exactly what your clients and team will experience.

Step 1: Place a Test Order (Acting as Agent) 🛍️

  1. Search Yourself: In the top search bar of the Admin panel, type your name. Since you are the Admin, Spiro automatically created a "Client" account for you.

  2. Click "Place Order": This logs you in as the agent and opens your public Order Page.

  3. Go Through the Order Process:

    • Select a bundle (e.g., "25 HDR Photos").

    • Enter a test address (e.g., "123 Main St").

    • Add a few upsells (Drone, Video) to test the math.

  4. Checkout: Proceed through the steps, select a date/time, and click Submit Order.

    • Check your phone: Did you get the confirmation text?

Step 2: Modify the Order (Acting as Admin) 🔧

Now, switch back to your Admin hat.

  1. Navigate to Orders on the left menu. Click on the test order you just created.

  2. Adjust Pricing: Scroll down to Order Details. Click the Pencil Icon next to a price to manually change it (e.g., discount the drone photos to $50).

  3. Add a Custom Fee: Test adding a negative fee (e.g., "-$75 First Time Client Discount") to see how it updates the total.

  4. Reschedule: Click the Three Dots next to "Confirm Job" > Reschedule. Move the appointment to Today so we can test the photographer workflow immediately.

Step 3: The Shoot Day (Acting as Photographer) 📸

  1. Open Photographer Portal: Click the Video Camera Icon in the top right.

  2. Begin Day: Click Begin Day about an hour before the "shoot." This triggers the "Photographer is on the way" text to the client.

  3. Check In: When you "arrive" at the test house, click Check In.

  4. Complete the Job:

    • Click Mark as Complete.

    • Rate the Pace Level (Green/Yellow/Red) based on how ready the home was.

    • Click Submit.

Step 4: Upload & Deliver (Acting as Editor) 📤

Back in the Admin Portal:

  1. Navigate to Listings on the left menu. Click on your test property.

  2. Upload Media: Click the Property Website Editor icon (folded page). Scroll to Gallery and upload a few sample photos.

  3. Build the Site: Scroll down to choose a website template (e.g., "Zephyr").

  4. Preview: Click Preview at the top to see the final property website.

    • Note: If you set up "Pay Before Download," you will see the paywall here!

Step 5: Deliver to Client 🚀

  1. Click Deliver: In the Property Website Editor, click the Deliver button (paper airplane icon) under the house image.

  2. Review Email: You can add a personal note if you like, but the default template usually works fine.

  3. Send: Click Send Email.

  4. Final Check: Go to your own email inbox. Open the delivery email, click the links, and ensure everything looks perfect.

Congratulations! You have successfully configured, tested, and verified your entire Spiro system. You are now ready to accept real orders.
