Spiro’s reporting suite gives you visibility into every part of your business — from client activity and referral performance to revenue tracking, operational efficiency, and product trends. This guide provides an overview of each available report, what it’s typically used for, and the key columns you’ll find in each export so you can confidently interpret your data.

Sales & CRM Reports

Identify your top clients, track referral success, and monitor engagement trends.

1. X Days Since Order (Agent Activity)

Purpose:
A high-level CRM tool to identify active vs. dormant agents. It highlights VIP status and helps you spot clients who haven’t placed an order recently so you can follow up and re-engage.

Key Columns:
LastOrderDate, AgentFirstName, AgentLastName, IsVIP, RevenueAllTime, OrderCountAllTime, AverageSalePrice, CompanyName

2. Client Performance Report

Purpose:
Ranks your agents by order volume and total revenue generated within a selected date range.

3. Products Bought Report

Purpose:

10. Work Duration Report
