Here's how you can navigate deactivating or deleting a photographer in the system
Photographer Deactivation
To get started, simply navigate to Team → Photographers
Once you're the photographer tab, you can easily deactivate them by looking for the active column and toggle off the active button
Photographer Deletion
This time, if it would be for deletion, here's where you'll be able to find that:
Click on manage on the photographer's name
It will take you directly to the photographer profile and from there, you should be able to see the delete photographer from the middle right on the page as shown below:
What you need to know prior to deletion
The system now scans for uncompleted/upcoming jobs. They are listed with a job name, date, and a direct link
Deactivation is blocked entirely until every job is resolved
Admins must complete or reassign each job before they can proceed
