Photographer SMS Messages

Photographers can receive SMS notifications for last-minute schedule changes. This is a global setting — turning it on or off applies to all photographers on the account; individual photographers cannot be set differently.

Overview

The SMS Messages settings page controls whether photographers are notified by text when their schedule changes on the day of a shoot.

How to enable Same-Day SMS Messages

  1. Navigate to Settings → Photographers → SMS Messages.

  2. Toggle on Same-Day Appointment Added to notify photographers when a new appointment is added to their schedule same-day.

  3. Toggle on Same-Day Cancellation / Reschedule to notify photographers when an existing appointment is canceled or rescheduled same-day.

  4. Save Changes

Note - These settings apply account-wide; they cannot be enabled per-photographer.
