Spiro allows you to add an email address to all templates.
A good use of this would be adding your admin email address to all new order emails. This will cc your admin on the new order emails.
Click on Settings
Go to Email Templates
Click Manage on the Email Template you would like to add an additional contact to
Click on Default
This will expand the email template
Type the email in the "Additional Recipients" field
Click on Save Changes
Now you will be CC'd every time that email is sent out in Spiro!
NOTE
Preview emails are limited to 2 recipients.
Delivery emails are limited to 10 total recipients, including the agent on record for the listing.
If you need to send delivery emails to a larger group, we recommend using a shared inbox or distribution list.
These limits are not configurable.
